Our first crop was the Russet Burbank, which laid the foundation for our success. As we acquired more land, we expanded into the russet potato market. Today, Blue Barn Farm delivers premium products across the world.

Our journey began when Doyle and Philene David moved from Iowa to Colorado, bringing with them a dream and a determination to build a farming legacy. Starting with just a sheep and a cow, they took a leap of faith by mortgaging these animals to purchase our first piece of farmland.
